  • I’m beating jerry west no cap

  • Yo he should do one on Anthony Edwards

  • 1k that disliked are the wannabes

  • Being a giant does help though.

  • The vanilla Godzilla 😂

  • 3 Weeks no video??? I‘m literally checking on your page since a week straight...

  • My guy ruined my childhood

  • What about the time when the 5’6 guy beat MJ on a 1 on 1

  • Bro please make another vid like this

  • i came here to watch a short 2-5 minute clip not a whole documentary

  • Scalabrine was a legit NBA starter and has a championship ring. Not sure why they're making it sound like he was a no-name. Doesn't surprise me that he can still ball and obviously he would school anyone you'll ever see at your gym.

  • They all had no talent and no type of strategy.. especially the 3 on 1. There’s no way they should have even come close to losing.

    • They should at least be able to score a few buckets. However I don’t think 3 radio guys who were probably 5’10” are gonna stop Brian from scoring ever.

  • I want ur opinion on Julius randles breakout games

  • This channel sucks. It is the most overrated sports channel on this whole platform. Can Jimmy not make a twenty minute video centered around one stat. Also why do all the videos all come off contrarian? I don't like this channel.

    • U sound like a man who doesn’t know his facts

    • @Anthony Layman You sound like a hall monitor.

    • What r u on he is literally awesome he can do anything watch most of the the mans video then come back to me then see what u think

  • If I could criticize your take for one thing you missed it would be: mentality. Scal wasn't just playing rough physically, he broke them down mentally. The way he talked to them, went right up to them and pushed them around, that was a top-of-the-food-chain predator competitor on display. The two guys who should have done better, the college forward and the overseas pro, were both humble and not very assertive. Listen to my man talk (9:37). He already lost in his mind after the first shot. The mental pressure of real competition was too much. Now imagine coming off the bench in the NBA in the biggest lights on the biggest stage and everyone is counting on you. None of those guys have it. Not one.

  • I didn't see anything that impressive in the vid honestly.

  • When is next video

  • The same thing is true in academics; many people lack perspective. Generally speaking, most people think they relatively smart, or even above average. Just like NBA players, most of us never come across truly brilliant people in real life because they are rare. I went to an above average college, but not top-tier. Every other person was the top of their class in high school. The average high school GPA was a 4.6. Mine was much lower. I was surrounded by people who could grasp really sophisticated concepts easily. I went from thinking I was smart to realizing I was barely average. The point is this: stay humble, work hard at all things, but don't overestimate your abilities because you'll sound grandiose and embarrass yourself.

  • This is the exact same thing that would happen to the Alabama Crimson Tide against the worst nfl team in the league.

  • I can't wait to see a 350 pound old man Jokic messing dudes up

  • Everyone knows Jews are the best athletes on the planet... that’s all I gotta say. Shalom bitches!

  • I'd clap that guy

  • Honestly I'm sure I would be sweeped by 82-year-old Jerry West in a one-on-one game right now.

  • yeah that top 1%

  • I played against Joe Smith during the NBA strike in the late 90s. I'm 6'2", was 35 years old and a decent player. At one point, Joe was dribbling left handed down the sideline. I moved over to cut off his dribble. As he approached me, I started to lean to pick his cross-over. He stepped over me without slowing down and continued on as if I wasn't there. LOL.

  • I wanna see how the radio guys scored

  • I swear people always underestimate the White Mamba.

  • @JxmyHighroller really nice vid. Played a D league player WAY past his prime when I was in my prime. Easily played the best basketball I've ever played for 2 hours. Never won a game.

  • I’m telling u those nba players made it for a reason, and it’s not luck

  • Man Jared Dudley gon have to show me he better than me

  • Where u at bro?

  • I don't think that is impossible that he's gotten better, his technique and shooting, than when he was in the league. Now he's older and his stamina and ability to play at that level everyday may be the biggest issue now. Because.... Well... Aging sucks. Can't deny his skill though. 🤘

  • After seeing this video.... i think i am going to stop playing basketball i am going back to Esports

  • Just dropping by to ask when the next video is coming out (as always, we can't wait for it)

  • Now that I have this whole new perspective, kuroko no basket doesnt seem like an exageration anymore lol. The power dynamics/differences in basketball is huge!

  • Is I versed an NBA player I'll dribble to half and hope I'll make it

  • I'd just go to the sideline to watch them warm up.

  • I wonder what the NBA elites were thinking when they went up against MJ on that 84 Olympian team.

  • It’s been 3 weeks please post 🥺

  • Scalabrine was amazing 😳 all fundamentals. Look at van vleet... Making the taller defender look like a fool.

  • Love this video. It’s amazing how the trash of the league is so many light years better than above average hoopers. #perspective 😂

  • I don’t expect to win against the NBA player, but I yearned to test my skills against the NBA player

  • I remember a random over seas player came to coutt... Short white guy. I thought he was easy cause I'm much larger than him.. then he turned into Micheal jordan, behind neck passes, oops, dunks, nothing but net shots. Could barley keep up with where he even is. He beat my team 10-2. He scored all 10 shots barley broke a sweat. 😂

  • I didn’t get a full chest tattoo of the vanilla cold killa for him to be disrespected by that kid fr

  • Cool video until OP decided to scroll though a leaderboard on basketball reference instead of just searching. his. fucking. name.

  • Kyrie Irving is “ Ultra Instinct”

  • I miss you not posting please post

  • The dude from Syracuse never played

  • I want to watch, not hear you yap through the whole thing

  • This is why the whole argument about worst pro team vs best college team is laughable to me.

  • Meanwhile, Flight out here calling most NBA players casuals and saying he could make the league even though he shoots like 3% from the field. 😂😂😂

  • Such a great realistic video

  • This kind of "I could hang with those guys" mentality pervades the road-biking community. I'll never forget going to see the Tour of California, where my buddy and I did a climb that was on the race route then came back down midway to find a good vantage point. When the peloton finally came by, they were FLYING up the mountain. Like at driving speed. Then a few minutes later the "lantern rouge" came by. These are the guys at the very back of the race, way behind the main pack, trying to go just fast enough to stay in qualification (probably sprinters or guys who had led their team leaders to a certain point). It was two guys, riding casually up the same climb, chatting, not breathing hard, at a pace I still couldn't even comprehend. These two guys couldn't stay with their peers, and climbed WAY faster than any weekend warrior I'd ever seen. The difference between pros and spectators is night and day.

  • lol that nephew's jumpshot looks like shit i'm sure he is a trash player

  • Its kinda like video gamers. Top 1000 are just all amazing!

  • Same thing happens in every profession. I see people claiming some random ass "street fighter" can beat professional boxers. They would kill you no joke. Some people say Bruce Lee could win against Muhammad Ali. No disrespect to Bruce Lee of course since he is an exceptional martial artist but he is good art the art part. He had some good theories too but he was no fighter. Ali on the other hand was a "professional" fighter.

  • I would have the best shot at beating wilt chamberlain because I would be by myself

  • I wonder if those 3 other guys played against scalabrine, they could win?

  • Why was the video about all the dumb ejections refs were making deleted?

    • I’m curious what your talking about can you fill me in lol

  • I once got in a pickup game when I was in the service with a former starting guard from Duke. I was pretty good, but this guy made us all look like little kids. He wasn't even good enough for the pros.

  • Give me five years and then I might be tall enough to consider who I would have the best shot of 1v1ing

  • excellent, now lets compare call of duty players to army reservist at a shooting range?

  • How did I only just find out Toucher and Rich did a show/segment with Brian Scalabrine? I LOVE listening to Toucher and Rich in the morning.

  • Lesson : FOCUS ON YOUR EDUCATION. You will NOT be in the league.

  • probably i could beat only vanfleet..because i'm just 6 foot..

  • this was a different but very funny video. more content like this would be cool

  • man, if i wasnt lazy, fat , actually played ball I am sure i could ve made it into the NBA

  • The Legend of the White Mamba 🐍

  • Scalabrine wasn't a bad player in the NBA during "his prime" but he was a an off the bench role player. His best years were with the New Jersey Nets in the late 90s early 2000s. I'm a 6"5" above average player, and have several experiences with ex pros in pickup games. Everytime they absolutely destroyed me.

  • Basically: we ain’t ready

  • Can you make more vids often idk if your going through somethings in life but I’m starting to loose interest on you each day for 3 weeks I’ve been searching you name each day to see if you posted and I see you don’t so it’s a waste of my time searching you up

  • I would maybe accidentally step on my opponents shoes once before getting knocked and absolutely sweeped 11-0 😂

  • Man. I’ve always expressed to people i talk to what monsters nba players are. Just imagine, if you can’t beat a college player and they can’t get in the semi pros, lol. That’s all folks. Haha

  • Give me iguodala

  • Muggsy bogues

  • People forget that these nba games look tight because these players are going up against equally skilled and equally strong opponents, it's a stale mate most of the time and ussually who ever makes the least mistakes always wins. It's called high end sports for a reason.

  • And yet all those guys who got destroyed would destroy you and I. Now that's perspective

  • I wanna Cristiano Felicio vs an average person. Then I'll know this is real

  • white mamba must have nba comeback lol

  • "Perspective" is essentially the power scaling format of every Shonen.

  • People really gotta remember just because someone is trash in the NBA doesn’t mean their not good at basketball. They were better than their peers and made it to the Majors.

  • Great video..!!! LOL

  • I’d give Dudley buckets

  • Dear Jimmy, it's been 4 weeks and you still ain't made a video. I think it's fucked up you did that shit with bam, I had all your posters on my wall and worshipped you man I look every week for a new video drop and you still ain't got one. I just drank a fifth of root beer. Dare me to drive ? Plz make a video bro

  • I knew guys that wrong their way to the league growing up. That did pretty good against guys that actually made it. But me? I played one on one against a guy that was the best on his college team. The best I could do was 7 points to his 15. And that was a long time ago.

  • if i've got 1 point i would be happy

  • Something is odd about this. The guy is good and much much better than many alright. BUT.... Here is the thing., In basket ball you need several tries before you get to know a player well and be able to mount a challenge. The guy is clearly picking the players he knows he can split apart.. Is a set up!!! I want him to walk down any park and play with regular people over in spontaneous pick up games to see how he does. Then you can say he is in ''another level'' if he does the same ''consistently''. Another thing in Basket ball you can have good and bad days. One day you only throw bricks and ''any one'' can beat you. One last thing: I notice the guy is a real warrior and competitor. One of the problems with the average Joe is they don't have that.

    • @iSun ''?'' .. come again?? weird comment /reply..

    • you're playing yourself

  • "PERSPECTIVE!!" 😆🤣😂

  • Not every good player is on NBA. Some on them playing streetball like the professor

  • mKe a video u TRASH!

  • Vanvleet is one of the purest scorers the game has today

  • To challenge a pro in basketball is not less stupid , than in MMA. It just ends less painfully

    • Warmly welcomed

    • @Jason Spades great

    • @Anatoly Alperovich I can assure you, you will be quoted!

    • @Jason Spades well. Thank you for your support . You may use that quote .

    • That was genius! Where did you hear that??? If you wrote that, you might want to quote yourself. That's perfectly written

  • Jesus Christ died on the cross because He loves us so much that He wants us in Heaven with Him. He died on the cross so our sins could be forgiven but you need to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. God bless you all, I hope you find Jesus and grow in His presence.

  • When you see average joe vs NBA, the easiest way to tell who the NBA player is (if size is similar as in VantFleet's case) just look at who blatantly travels every time they go for a layup. Noone outside the NBA would do that without feeling dirty. NBA players will flex afterwards.

  • Euroleague these days isnt clearly below NBA no more, thats wishful thinking. Look at the guys dominating the NBA today - Jokic, Doncic, Antetoukoumpo, Embiid (hes not a euroleague player afaik tho, but not american).

  • I went to VT and had to cover Logan Thomas (at the time QB of VT and now former NFL player) in a pickup game. He absolutely torched me at 1/4 speed. But lets see him write some computer code though.

  • Lol. Theres levels to this...
